Ok actually after that day JCC organized the Itadakimasu outing to Edogawa Teppanyaki @ Central, some of us actually went to this other restaurant called Sho-U @ Central also, mainly to try their desserts. I know this is kinda late, just that I have been packed with quite some amount of projects so the next few updates might be late as well. Anyway, Sho-U is a modern Japanese restaurant with a really nice design theme in 3 different colours ( black, white and red). Here are the shots we took of the restaurant:

白い〜

黒い~
Hey actually some of us took the pictures of the red section but I can’t seem to find the pictures of it. Anyway enough about the colour themes. Time for pictures of the deserts!
Other than taking pictures of food and the place, of course we took some pictures of ourselves!

All guys table =p

The other table ^^
I would really recommend anyone to try out Sho-U @ Central anytime~ I think it’s really suitable for friends, couples and even business partners to go there! I forgot to mention that there are special rooms with their special menus! There is a business meeting type of room and also a small couple room designed for some secrecy *grin* ~ Best of all, they all have their individual special menu!

Just opened my school email and saw an email on this~ Seems that there is a chance for 2 persons to go to Japan during spring and summer. However the condition is that the applicant must be Singaporean citizen or PR with JLPT level of at least 3 or above….sigh which means I can forget about it =X because I’m only going to take the JLPT3 at the end of this year..so I won’t make it in time…
I guess I have to wait for next year to see if there are any chances to go to Japan on an exchange programme then =P . Hope that next year will have chance~ but then probably also have to give up some time for internship which is also quite but not equally important…because i want to GO TO JAPAN!!! ~ but right now no $$$ tho ahaha….which is why I have to get a job during my holidays~it’s compulsory for myself ^-^
Hey anyway today for dinner I went with my father and my aunties to eat at the Choa Chu Kang stadium. Didn’t know that my father was a close friend of the boss of the restaurant. No wonder he seem so familiar with the waitresses over there. Aha seems to me like flirting =p ~ When we got there he straight away opened 2 bottles of red wine ^-^ one from 1997 and another one from 2001. The food was generally okay with the exception of the beijing duck which was good =P (i kinda like the crispy skin) ~ Aha like usual when I drink my body would go red so the moment my mom sees me she knows that I have been drinking again =p
I guess it’s really been a while since I sat down and have dinner with my father~dont know why though ~

Time really flies fast~ within the blink of an eye its midterms again! So fast! I really wish that it would actually be faster and fast forward me to end of the exams so that I can start my holidays and find some income ^-^ ~ Hey makes me think of the movie “Click”. Although i would really want the functionality of the universal remote control, I think I should work hard to reach the goal instead of just jumping to it. I guess it’s part and parcel of what is called life~
Aha looking back the 2008 resolutions list, I still got many resolutions not achieved yet~ Hopefully I will find a good job for my next holiday terms ( April-August)~ need the income and experience =P . One thing i’m rather concerned about is whether I have the courage to take that important step when it requires me to do so. A good example would be when I thought I should look more eagerly for my other half, I didn’t really had the drive to do so~ which is kinda weird. I thought I had decided to not look back and always try no matter what…during my NSF days~ I guess posting here sort of allows me to do some reflection on myself.
I guess I need to have some kind of resolve in order to really make that big step which might or might not change my life once and for all ~

Finally it’s that time of the year again! And this year is the year of the rat! Best of wishes to all the rats out there! =P I realized its been quite a week since the last entry~ guess I have been lazy ahaha…I guess its time for all the chinese in the world to celebrate this once in a year festival!
Haha and one thing that we always do when we visit our relatives is to play blackjack(21)~it has become quite a tradition I think ahah! Although we do play with money but it isn’t the amount of money that you win is important~ it’s to have a good time with everyone so it’s sort of “gambling for fun”
Tomorrow I will be going to my mother’s side and in the afternoon will be watching CJ7 with my poly friends. Hope it is a good movie! Anyway, I want to wish everyone here a happy chinese new year here! And may everyone be blessed with good luck for this whole year!
